Education Minister S Rajen Singh launches i30 Blended Learning Centre in Imphal

The learning centre has its office at RIMS road and Nagaram and five government school students will get the opportunity to join i30 at free of cost under School Fagathansi Mission, the minister said.

Manipur Education Mnister S Rajen Singh launched i30 Blended Learning Centre, Imphal Branch at the conference room at Secretariat South Block on March 3.

Speaking to the media after launching the learning centre, the minister said that with the view to encourage talented students of the state who wish to opt for IIT, JEE, NEET programme will be trained by this blended learning centre. The learning centre has its office at RIMS road and Nagaram and five government school students will get the opportunity to join i30 at free of cost under School Fagathansi Mission, he added.

Mentioning that medical and engineering aspirants will be much benefited by the centre, Rajen said that the classes in i30 may be online or offline. For those who stay far away from the site of the learning centre, there will be online class facilities. Teaching faculties include highly trained teaching professionals including Anandkumar who is also popularly known as Super-30 for his high skill of training students, he added.

Students belonging to Classes VIII, IX and X will be given the opportunity to join i30 Learning Centre for foundation courses. There will also be scholarship schemes for outstanding students. Free learning facilities will be provided for those students who score the highest percentage of marks in the examinations.

Chief executive officer of i30 Learning Centre, N Indrakumar and IT director, T Roshan were also present at the launching programme.
