AMGSU organises free medical camp in Kangpokpi

150 patients attended the medical camp initiated by the All Manipur Gorkha Students’ Union Central Committee at Leimakhong.

A free medical camp was organised at Leimakhong in Kangpokpi district by All Manipur Gorkha Students’ Union Leimakhong Unit in the presence of AMGSU Central Committee members on Saturday.

The free medical health camp was an initiative of All Manipur Gorkha Students’ Union Central Committee. It was held at Leimakhong Hill Town Community Hall from 07:30 am till 02:30 pm.

Dr Ronibala Soraisham and Dr Ronal Singh Rajkumar were the specialist doctors present in the camp. The medical camp was sponsored by Bhim Chapagain, Proprietor, Luxmi Medicos, New Checkon Bazar, Imphal.

Around 170 patients attended the camp and the programme was a huge success.

AMGSU conveyed heartfelt gratitude to the doctors for dedicating their valuable time for the act of humanity and welfare programme while expressing special thanks to Bhim Chapagain for sponsoring the camp.

AMGSU also thanked all other medical representatives, AMGSU Leimakhong Unit Advisory Board, chairman, secretary and all the members of Leimakhong Hill Town, president, secretary and all members of Leimakhong Bazar Youth Club, Women Society and all other associations for their immense support in the organising the camp.
