PTRC Patsoi posted 8 wickets win over Model Club, Chingamakha in the 5th MNCA W Prahlada and W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2021 played at Luwangpokpa Cricket Ground, Luwangsangbam on Saturday.

Model Club, sent into bat first, made a paltry 91 runs for 10 wickets from 30 overs with skipper Y Karnajit topscoring 28 runs. PTRC bowler S Kenjit, Kiran and Alfred Hmar claimed 3 wickets each.

In reply, PTRC made a smooth sail with M Gemson hitting an unbeaten 21 runs while Abit too remained not out with 25 runs to reach the target in 24.3 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Kh Santosh made 34 runs. Model Club bowler Priyokumar and Th Iboyaima fetched 1 wicket each. PTRC bowler L Kiran was declared the Man of the Match for his 3 wickets haul.
