In the effort to provide various certificates, including tribe, income and domicile certificates, through online system to the general public, a refresher training for Common Service Centre Tamenglong and staff of revenue was held in Tamenglong HQ on Saturday.
All certificates issued earlier in the revenue department in Tamenglong district are now issued online. Applicants for certificates have to apply through online system. For this, a refresher training was initiated.
SDO Tamenglong Mahesh Hiralal Chaudhari also attended the training programme. Department of Information Technology Tamenglong Informatics Officer Kikhon Pamai, District Manager DIT Tamenglong Nicodim Panmei and District Manager CSC Tamenglong Niamthailung Panmei spoke as resource persons.
Acording to the district administration, it has issued as many as 4,300 e-signed certificates, including income certificate, tribes, domiciles and land valuation certificates, since the beginning of this year.
