The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA)  has named 16 officials to conduct the 11th Shaheed Manoranjan Singh Memorial Football Tournament 2020-21 scheduled to be held at SAI Takyel Ground from February 4. The tournament is organised by 143 Bn CRPF, Lamphelpat.

S Jameskumar Singh, Th Tejmani Singh have been deputed as Match Commissioner while L Tarun Singh, S Rameshwor Singh will be the Referee Assessor of the tournament.

The referees are T Ranjita Devi, N Ibungo Meitei, Sh Suresh Singh, Ch Shyamson Singh, Kh Ranjit Singh and Y Hemanta Singh while the Assistant Referees are L Harimohan Singh, L Ropendra Meitei, Md Latif Ali, L Gokulananda Sharma, L Sanatomba Singh and L Ashananda Singh.
