Manipur's minimum temperature dips to 5.4 degree Celsius

On Friday, the lowest temperature of 5.4 degree Celsius was recorded in Churachandpur district.

Cold conditions persisted in Manipur on Friday as the mercury dropped to 5.4 degree Celsius minimum  from 9.58 degree Celsius on Thursday, while the maximum was 29.84, as per an update from the climate change cell of the state Directorate of Environment and Climate Change.

On Friday, the lowest temperature of 5.4 degree Celsius was recorded in Churachandpur district while the highest temperature of 29.84 degree Celsius was recorded in Noney district.

In Bishnupur district, the minimum temperature was 9.12 degree Celsius while the maximum was 25.64 degree Celsius.

The maximum temperature in Churachandpur district was 27.99 degree Celsius.

The minimum temperature in Imphal East district was 9.67 degree Celsius while the maximum was recorded at 28.37 degree Celsius.

Imphal West district recorded a minimum temperature of 7.48 degree Celsius and maximum of 25.5 degree Celsius.

In Kakching district, the minimum temperature was 9.46 degree Celsius while maximum was 26.64 degree Celsius.

Kangpokpi district recorded a minimum temperature of 8.58 degree Celsius and maximum of 26.51 degree Celsius.

In Noney district the minimum temperature was 11.42 degree Celsius.

Senapti district recorded a minimum temperature of 7.22 degree Celsius while it maximum was 24.62 degree Celsius.

The minimum temperature in Tamenglong district was 9 degree Celsius while the maximum was 25.34 degree Celsius.

Tengnoupal district recorded a minimum temperature of 11.56 degree Celsius while its maximum was 29.67 degree Celsius.

On Thursday, Senapati recorded the lowest temperature of 9.58 degree Celsius while the highest temperature of 29.92 was recored in Imphal West district.
