The All Manipur Rickshaw Drivers and Pullers Welfare Association (AMRDPWA) has appointed deputy registrar Judicial Manipur Information Commission Lishan Premananda Singh as the advisor of the association. In a statement, Thokchom Basanta Singh said the advisor was appointed during the central committee meeting of the association on January 6.
