Works minister, Thongam Biswajit Singh chaired a meeting in connection with alignment for National Highway-137A (Waheng Leikai to Kakching Lamkhai) and National Highway-102A (Shangshak to Tengnoupal).
The meeting was held on Saturday at the conference hall of the Minister’s office chamber at New Secretariat, Imphal.
Seeking cooperation and support of all concerned to ensure swift and timely completion of the projects, Biswajit also said that the project will be taken up at the earliest.
The meeting was attended by concerned MLAs which included Agriculture minister and MLA of Wangoi assembly constituency, O Lukhoi Singh; Hill Area Committee chairman and MLA of Phungyar assembly constituency, K Leishiyo; deputy speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly and MLA of Mayang Imphal assembly constituency, K Robindro Singh; MLA of Hiyanglam assembly constituency, Y Radheshyam; MLA of Tengnoupal assembly constituency, D Korungthang; additional chief secretary (Works), additional chief engineer-III of PWD and others.
