ATSUM wishes for people’s unity, harmony on Christmas
The All Tribal Students' Union Manipur (ATSUM) has extended greetings and best wishes to the people of the state and to all the members of Christian fraternity on the auspicious occasion of Christmas.
A message by information and publicity secretary ATSUM Khaiminlen Doungel stated that Christmas is an occasion to spread the message of love, peace, compassion and tolerance beyond boundaries and religious affinities. The life of Jesus Christ taught people the message of love, peace and compassion to the entire mankind.
The union wishes for a renewal of people's commitment to work together in harmony with the advent of Christmas and that the festival instil the spirit of brotherhood between different communities in the state, it added.
