Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly, Yumnam Khemchand has extended his condolence on the demise of the former minister, Laishram Nandakumar Singh. In his condolence message, Khemchand said that “I am deeply shocked to hear the news of the passing away of L Nandakumar, a former minister under Congress-led government of Manipur. He breathed his last at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences.” He also shared the grief of the bereaved family members and near and dear ones.
