Direct Benefit Transfer Team of National Scholarship Portal (NSP) New Delhi has extended the online registration of fresh and renewal for ST scholarship for the year 2020-2021 till December 15, 2020.
Director of Tribal Affairs and Hills (TA and Hills) C Arthur Worchuiyo notified on Tuesday that the registration time has been extended considering that many intending students could not register online on NSP for ST Scholarship for the year, due to delay in admission by many institutes.
The director notified that TA and Hills will not entertain any complaints or requests for extension of the online registration for the ST scholarship after December 15. The notification added that the mark sheet of the last academic year 2019 for degree and diploma courses (1st/3rd/ 5th semester) either pass or fail may be uploaded as a mark sheet of the last academic session.
It added that admit cards of the examination conducted in 2019 can be uploaded as proof of last academic qualification if the examination results are yet to be declared. In case both mark sheet and Admit Card of last academic year examination are not available, the concerned institute may include in the Bonafide Certificate or issue a separate certificate that examination for the academic year 2019-2020 is yet to be conducted, the notification added.
Further it added that applicants who have been classified as defected from State Login, may correct/upload required documents as given in remarks and re-submit the application online on NSP at the earliest so that Institutes can re-verify and submit the same on NSP before December 30, 2020.
