A condolence meeting following the sudden demise of Dr Athokpam Naranbabu Singh was held at the multipurpose hall of Raj Medicity hospital in Imphal Monday.

Dr Naranbabu Singh, Senior Consultant, Department of Pediatrics at Raj Medicity in Imphal, passed away on November 29.

A two-minute silence was observed in respect of the departed soul, by the members present at the condolence meeting.

A release from the Raj Medicity stated that the members present expressed their deep sorrow and grief at the “death of Naranbabu Singh, who was a fine gentleman, always smiling, a good paediatrician and a man of great concern for others”.

The members remembered his contribution towards the progression of paediatrics department in the hospital. They also shared the sorrow and grief of the bereaved family, the release added.
