Professor H Priyosakhi Devi has been appointed as medical superintendent (in-charge) of RIMS with immediate effect from Friday following the relieving of professor Ch Arunkumar from the post of medical superintendent on Thursday, said an order issued by the institute.

Priyosakhi is the head of department of ENT, RIMS and she has been appointed as medical superintendent (in-charge) without any extra remuneration and until further orders, it added.
