The All Manipur Muslim Organisation Coordinating Committee (AMMOCOC) has appreciated people behind organising ‘Founder, advisor and intellectual meet’ that was arranged to be held at City Convention Centre, for cancelling the programme.
Speaking to the media at AMMOCOC office, president SM Jalal said that some people who are not associated with AMMOCOC used the name of the AMMOCOC and arranged to organise a meeting at City Convention Centre on October 18. However, the meet was cancelled after the organisation banned it, he said.
Jalal said that AMMOCOC has also warned not to organise any programme in the name of AMMOCOC. The organisation will not remain silent if anyone goes against this, he stated.
Amid this COVID-19 pandemic, everyone should coordinate and support each other instead of creating misunderstanding. Anything that may lead to crisis or issues can be solved by sitting together, he said and appealed for sitting together when misunderstanding arises.
Jalal also assured that AMMOCOC will not turn away and will fight any kinds of issues or crisis confronting the state.
