Assam’s COVID-19 death toll has risen to 370 as 10 more patients succumbed to the disease while 2252 more patients have recovered, pushing the number of recovered patients to 99,076, according to the state health department on Monday.
The total COVID-19 caseload in the state rose to 128,245, as 2,785 more patients tested positive for the viral infection.
Of all the districts in the state, Kamrup has reported the highest number of confirmed cases and death at 33529 and 75 respectively.
West Karbi Anglong district reported the least number of confirmed cases of 39 while the death case is one till date.
It may be mentioned that the first case of the COVID-19 pandemic in Assam was reported on 31 March 2020.
