The NSVA accused the Ril-ram Area Maring Organisation (RAMO) of making up propaganda to declare N Satang Village as a containment zone without genuine information and proof.

The NSVA chairman stated in a release on Wednesday that a one day awareness programme on cane and bamboo was held at N Satang Village on August 4, but till today none of the villagers showed any positive symptoms of COVID-19.

However seven suspected villagers were tested for COVID-19 on August 17 and all the seven villagers were tested negative for COVID-19, the release added.
