While appealing on behalf of the public to all sections of the society to refrain from violence and come together to curb violence for a long lasting peace and tranquillity, the student body also maintained that it has always been a desire of the locals to have a calm and peaceful life, which have been abruptly disturbed by this incident creating terror and panic once again.

Haokip fervently urged the law enforcing agencies to immediately take up necessary actions and book the perpetrators according to the law of the land while it condoled the death of the jawans and prayed for the departed family.
