Nagaland prevails over Manipur by 91 runs (VJD Method) in the Senior Women's one-day League 2021-22 played at Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Nagaland struck up 239 runs for the loss of 10 wickets with a huge effort from PN Khemnar, who hit 105 runs from 126 balls while KP Navgire contributed 43 runs and Merensola got 28 runs.

Among Manipur bowlers, Kiranbala H and Niruta claimed 3 wickets each from their seven overs.

Manipur batsman were struggling in their reply with skipper Ganga W top scoring with 19 runs while Kiranbala H got 18 runs and Chingkhei M, Milan Y fetched an identical 17 runs each, to put up 126 runs for 8 wickets when rain interferes in the match forcing the match to stop.

As no further match was possible due to the rain, the VJD Method was called into force to calculate targeted score, where Manipur failed by 91 runs for the defeat today. Nagaland bowler PN Khemnar and KP Navgire bagged two wickets each while Elina, Merensola, Limatola got one wicket each.
