Taking part in the celebration for renaming Mt Harriet to Mount Manipur in honour of the great freedom fighters of Manipur, BJP intending candidate Janghemlung Panmei on Monday expressed his sincere gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

 “I on behalf of the people of Tamenglong would like to say thank you to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union home minister Amit Shah for honouring our great freedom fighters by renaming Mount Harriet to Mount  Manipur,” Janghemlung Panmei told the reporters in Manipur.
