Thang-Ta for Social Change to be observed from October 16 to November 15

The month-long observation began at KIMACS Head Office at Palace Compound in Imphal.

Thang-Ta Day Observation Committee, under the supervision of, Kanglei Indigenous Martial Arts and Cultural Society (KIMACS), is set to observe ‘Thang-Ta Day, 2021’ from October 16 till November 15 on the theme ‘Thang-Ta for Social Change’.

The month-long observation began at KIMACS Head Office at Palace Compound in Imphal, where the event was attended by president of KIMACS and convenor of Thang-Ta Day Observation Committee, Ningthoujam Ajitkumar, advisor of KIMACS and vice chairman of Thang-Ta Day Observation Committee, Leitanthem Damendro, members of KIMACS and the observation committee and other Thang-Ta players and enthusiasts, stated a release.

KIMACS and the observation committee urge all the concerned organisations, experts and enthusiasts to extend their support and take part in the month-long observation and other related activities, it added.
