No application forms burned, clarifies ADC Sadar Hills caretaker chairman

The caretaker chairman said that all application forms submitted by the applicants or candidates for various posts under Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council Kangpokpi are kept safe and secured.

Amid news report of ATSUM volunteers burning down application forms for various posts under Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council Kangpokpi on Wednesday, the caretaker chairman clarified that not a single application form submitted to the office was damaged or burned.

He said that all application forms submitted by the applicants or candidates for various posts under Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council Kangpokpi are kept safe and secured.

He continued that during the time of form submission, all possible efforts were made by volunteers of ATSUM to damage the submitted application forms. However, with alertness of the office staff and timely intervention and cooperation of district police, all possible destruction to the actual application forms have been prevented.

The caretaker chairman also said that applicants may visit the office to check on their submitted forms.

It may be mentioned that the volunteers of KSO Sadar Hills supporting the decision of All Tribal Students' Union Manipur in halting the ongoing recruitment process of 750 posts in the six ADCs of the state had burned down many documents which they claimed to be the submitted application forms for various posts under Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council on Wednesday.
