Rectify ROP: AMCTA

IMPHAL | Jan 11

The All Manipur College Teachers’ Association (AMCTA) has drawn the attention of the Chief Minister to translate into action the commitment given by the state government of rectifying ROP, 2011 and pay due allowances such as SCA, TA to college teachers.

It also decided to mount pressure on the government to pay due salaries of recently regularised teachers who have served the collegiate education system of Manipur as part-time teachers for long, it said, adding authorities concerned must look in the matter as recently regularised teachers are suffering a lot due to the non-payment of salaries.
