Zeliangrong six-A-side Football: Wins for NYC, RNBA and SYC-C

IMPHAL, December 8: Namdai Youth Club defeated Namthanglong Youth Club by 1-0, in the first match of the ongoing 3rd K Palmeipui Memorial Zeliangrong 6 A-side football tournament at SSYC Ground today.

Lanthui scored the all important goal for Namdai in the 8th minute.

During the match, the referee cautioned two players of Namthalong namely Richard and Namsinlung in the 13th and 35th minute.

Meanwhile in today’s second match between Kakhulong Youth Club and Sairem Youth Club-A was ended with 2-2 draw.

Disingam and Boris scored the two goals for Kakhulong in the 14th and 21st minute, while Anthony and Gandhi scored for Sairem-A in 16th and 20th minutes.

In the third match of the day, RNBA Tarung thrashed Ramji Youth Club by 5-0.

Henry opened the scoring for RNBA in the 3rd minute. He added another goal in the 34th minute, while Gideo scored the second goal in the 28th minute. He also added another two goals in 37th and 40th minute.

The referee cautioned two players of RYC, Singanglung and Lanthaomei in 3rd and 16th minute.

And in today’s last match, Sairem Youth Club-C crushed Nagaching Youth Club by 9-1.

Dingampu scored seven goals and Lanrailung scored two goals for the winning team. And Ramnganing scored the solitary goal for NYC.
