9th Tamchon football to kick off in Delhi from Dec 1

NEW DELHI, Aug 17: The 9th edition of the Northeast Tamchon Football Tournament, will kick off on December 1 at the Dr. BR Ambedkar Stadium, New Delhi, according to a release by The North-East Tamchon Football Tournament, a project of the Tangkhul Naga Society Delhi.

The tournament will conclude on December 12.

The release further requested community leaders to send their applications latest by September 1. It also requested the eight quarter finalists of the 8th edition of the tournament to confirm their participation.

Other interested teams are also directed to contact the designated nodal officer V. Mungva at victormungva@gmail.com or tnsd2006@gmail.com. He can also be contacted on mobile number 08130263921, the release said.

No application, except those coming through the nodal officer will be accepted, the release further said.
